Good day, I had my new blackberry Z10 for 3 weeks when the sound just died. I can hear when I speak over phone but not when phone rings, message alerts, music etc. no sound. Must be the speaker. I gave it in for repairs. My phone was away for almost 3 weeks and today they phoned me and said it is finished. I went to pick up my phone and when I tested it in shop it was still not working. no sound at all. Nothing was done i assume. I have the QC checklist and everything is checked as fine..but clearly it is not. How does it happen that your phone gets send back with no repair done. We pay a lot for phone and it should not break like this in the first place. It also was returned with a nice big scratch mark. The repair tech on the papers was Elvis. I request an explanation and a new phone.
