I am so disappointed in service I received from Mweb and Telkom. My grandmother has been battling with her internet connection for 2 months now. She had a great connection and could stream radio stations and watch youtube video's but since December 2012 the internet connection has become so slow that she can not even receive or send emails at the moment. Mweb has pointed the finger to Telkom that came out to her house and merely stated that she needs to buy a new modem, this has not solved the problem as there must be something wrong with the ADSL line. I have contacted Mweb again, but to no avail! It seems that as long as they get your money they are not willing to give you any service and sort out your problems!
