Once again I have no Internet connection. This has been happening for several months know. Phone MWEB for support, they blame Telkom. Phone Telkom, no problem on the line. Telkom even came out to test the line. Thanks Telkom, at least your customer service rates higher than MWEB's. I have know even gone a bought another router, still the same issue, no connection. Another one's of MWEB's answer's reboot your router. I have done this so many times that I know suffer from finger strain!
MWEB you are so busy marketing to get new clients, how about trying to retain your old one's. I have been a client for over several years, even telling others to join, but I will be telling all computers users that I support to change to another ISP. your service has deteriorated, it's time to reconsider.
