Once again my internet has become extremely slow. Worse than when i first logged the other 4 Hellopeter complains last year about the speeds. Spoke to a "technical specialist" who gave me the long story about how Telkom have confirmed my exchange is over populated and that's why the speeds are slow and there is nothing they can do to help me. Same problem last year and Mweb fixed it but now there is nothing they can do?? The speeds are so slow that it has taken me about 30min or more to watch a 4min video on YouTube. Downloading games from Steam which usually takes 2 days now takes me a week because the connection keeps dropping. The speed test shows everything fine but we both know that that isn't a true indication of the actual speeds im getting. All i want is the smooth internet connection that i had in the beginning of January before it went pathetically slow!
