No 3G connection

For the past 3 months we have been unable to make use of our 3G dongle and the signal for our 3G Blackberry's has been very poor due to zero signal in gordons bay. I would like to know when the problem in this area will be seen to and rectified, as the call centres have no idea to these problems.
