We are sitting with a slow connection for the last 3 to 4 weeks now with MWEB blaming Telkom but in the mean time we are not getting what we paid for. We also applied for an additional DSL line to be bonded to the current line more than 4 MONTHS ago but also Telkom's get blamed for the additional line not being installed but in the mean time we sit with an Internet connection worth nothing!! I have been patient with MWEB but this is now going on for far too long please get you act together and help your clients, the way thing are going now I'm thinking on cancelling the order for the bonded line and move everything to another ISP and if the problem is indeed lying with Telkom you need to sort them out as they are cone start costing you money IT IS HI TIME WE GET AN OPOSITION TO TELKOM SO WE CAN MAKE A CHOICE ON SERVICE!!
