BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM WITH ADSL LINE

We had our ADSL line installed on the 6th May & requested the 2MB uncapped package. The service was fantastic signing up for the line at Greenstone & the activation was fast - I was surprised had how good Telkom had been so far. Little did I know the problems started after the activation. The line was constantly up & down. We had to call in several times for them to reset the line several times. We then got our first bill and saw we had been charged for a 4MB line. From asking for a package that was R607 approx. per month we received a bill of R2700 . Went into Greenstone Telkom the ladies were very helpful and realised it was a Telkom mess up. They logged a dispute for us on the 22 May. They had to migrate our line to a 2MB line which would take days & explained our account would be corrected. We also go told by the lady who originally sold us the contract we would not pay any installation fee & now see we will need to pay for this. My fianc? e and I have been on the phone for hours dealing with various people as this is still not resolved. Plus now our line has not be functioning correctly for last 2 weeks. You cant get anyone with authority on the line & service is ridiculous!
