Hi guys
reading through various other complaints - mine seems to follow suite the exact change of events: after an initial battle for Telkom to assist with the installation of my (residential) line in my new apartment (in a security complex) - i was advised by the Telkom official that i need to get an electrician to "open up the pipes & install a draw wire" in order to have my line installed.
my body corporate will not pay for the electrician and thus this now falls on me.
please advise if Telkom can assist ANY FURTHER or am I still required to get an electrician to come through?
