I have been experiencing network issues. When I sometimes make calls it says I am no longer with a registered network or emergency calls only. So I go to the store and they cannot help me, they said I need to go to the store where I recently did my sim swap i.e. waterfront. I only went to the waterfront store because they said it is where I can also get my software issues sorted. Vodacom ended up solving my software issues. However now I cannot get to the waterfront store again. So I'm stuck with a phone that will sometimes make calls and I cannot get to the only place they say can help me!
