We have ordered a line to be installed, although we have a line already but they need to come out to test the line
The Guy arrived and then said the line is damage and needs to put in a new line.
then said he cant put in the new line as there is no pipe for the line and we need to get electrician to put in a pipe.
So why pay almost R800 for what?
How was the old line installed that is still in the house?
I am very unhappy as i pay telkom to install a line and seems they have excuses not to do there work.
I am also not willing to get a pipe installed as there is already a line in the house and R800 to install the line should cover everything needed to install a line
