Bluetooth Device out of stock for 6 months

I took out a new cell phone contract in January at Vodacom stores in Gugulethu in January and i was not given the Bluetooth device, i was told that it is out of stock and it will be ordered and i will be contacted, ever since then no one has bothered to contact me, iv been going in to the store for so many times and they come up with the same excuse that they are out of stock
