Hi, I have taken a contract phone at game alberton City in November Stating to the lady my 1st bill must be on the 31 of December 2013. Now the first I get billed double where I was not informed by the lady about the prorate billing for November 2013. we taken up the matter with Cell c and Robin Steyn helped me with the matter, and I settled to pay the account after all the problems I had with the lady at game statting she doenst care about the matter. Nothing happened to the staff member of cellc. On the 3rd of January2014 I followed up to find out why my debit order did not go off and got feed back today the 7th January 2014. Now I need to go in to the bank to make a payment on a bill im not happy with at all.
I wanted to close the contract but Cellc can not offer me to pay off the phone because of the mistake there staff member made. I want some one from cell c to call me as I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving from cellc. this contract is giving me problems non stop.
