NO SERVICE SINCE MARCH 2013

I have a data contract from Autopage cellular which is used in my IPAD. In March I enquired whether I could in fact have 2 sim cards for 2 devices on the 1 contract & was advised that I could. I was told to go into the nearest branch & buy another sim card. I went into the Sandton branch & pd for the sim, RICA'd it & was told that I would have service in 24-48 hrs. I have since had no service on either sim, have called & spoken to NUMEROUS people that all tell me that it is activated on their side but not with the network & that they promise they will escalate it & make sure that it is working within 24-48 hrs. I still have NO working 3G. I called the Midrand head office on fri & spoke to Matsodise who promised to have it rectified by 9am as I was flying to CT, but by 12pm I still had nothing working so called again & spoke to Eugenie who was completely useless in assisting & rude on top of it. I asked her to get someone of authority to contact me about this & she said she would e-mail me - I repeatedly told her that I did not have access to email as my 3G was not working. No one has called, mailed or tried to assist me & I have been paying for this service every month.
