I have had a contract with mtn for almost a year know and I payed R100 every month on my contract today I received my bill and see that I am paying R89 extra without notifying me of my payment and then I phoned mtn but I wait almost 15 minutes on the line for customer service. An Mtn Staff member pick up and I explain to him this and he say this is their fault they under charge me!! How can they only realized this know and now I must pay more for their fault I think this unacceptable and I my right as customer is not to pay for their faults and on top of it I phoned in how many times for the bad signal and still nobody phoned me back and know I must pay more this is unacceptable. I wont recommend anyone to mtn again
