GOT A NEW CONTRACT MONDAY THE 10TH OF JUNE 2013 ITS BEEN 6 DAYS AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET MY NEW PHONE IN WORKING ORDER I STILL SIT WITH A CELL PHONE THAT CANNOT DIAL OUT OR SEND TEXT MESSAGED. I HAVE BEEN PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST AND GOT A NEW SIM CARD THAT HAS COST ME A EXTRA R110 AND STILL I CANNOT USE THE PHONE.. WHEN I CALL THE HEAD OFFICE THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND NO ONE IS TAKING CHARGE OF THIS PROBLEM.. ALL I HAVE DONE THE LAST WEEK IS GO FROM BRANCH TO BRANCH TO TRY AND GET MY PHONE IN WORKING ORDER. BUT NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME, I AM BEING CHARGEDFOR A SERVICE I CANNOT USE.
