Unable to get a response to email / telephone call

Currently have a company mobile account with Altech Autopage and now want an Ipad. Have telephoned head office and been given the run-around four times. Eventually Jackie Kirsten contacted us and promptly sent us forms to complete which we have done and sent back, but since sending these yesterday, we have been unable to get hold of her on her cell or via email and we have no landline telephone number to reach her on. Unfortunately this is urgent as we are going abroad shortly and want to make sure Ipad is delivered in time before leaving, as from previous experience, the delivery can only be signed for by the person taking out the contract. Please help!
