SIM swop process and confusion

I have now been waiting two months to not receive a valid data SIM fort the contract currently being paid for. First of all, Autopage keep sending a Twin-Call SIM, the nano SIM I requested is needed for an iPad, so making calls from it is NOT possible nor do I want to disable use of my cellphone when accessing the Internet on my iPad.By the way, this is the usual response when requesting a data SIM from Altech, this has happened to me before, same scenario, different iPad.

After complaining about it to various people with no successful outcome, Jason Stols advised me that I need to take the necessary documentation to the George store and they will be able to provide me with the SIM. That was a blatant lie, it seems, as that contravenes branch policy and they refused to provide me with a SIM. I am now getting very tired of these repeated battles with Altech, as I told Jason I will ensure my contract is not renewed at the earliest possibility.

One step forward, three steps back. It is this repeated nonsense that will drive clients to other providers. Don't bother calling back on the number they use to contact you (or try other means to get hold of them), you won't get through.
