I reported consistent coverage problems (Cell C) with my service provider, Altech Autopage in February 2013. I am unable to make or receive calls or use the internet. In an emergency situation i was unable to make a call to an emergency number. At work, in Melrose Arch I have to walk outside of my office building to make a very brief call. Generally reception is bad and calls keep dropping wherever I am. Altech Autopage has been entirely unhelpful in resolving the matter. They insist it is a fault on Cell C 's end. Cell C refuses to do anything saying its an Autopage problem. I need to be released from the contract on the basis that Cell C and Autopage are unable to provide me the service I am paying for. Despite almost daily visits and calls to them to follow up - I have yet to receive a response.
