MTN: Our NON Service Provide

For the last 2 months we have been experiencing a drastic increase in "call dropping" and at times no service at all. We have to phone back callers 3-5 times per conversation to complete the conversation. Needless to say our MTN accounts have gone up accordingly
Our company has 25 cell phone contracts for staff and have 14 vehicles with satellite tracking devices with MTN SIM cards in them. The satellite tracking company confirmed that they lose the vehicles' signals when our vehicles approach our property and they are unable to track them.
We tried to report it to MTN's Coverage Department but after hours on the phone to MTN we were told that technicians have been working on 3 towers in our area but only 2 have been repaired and 1 is still outstanding- they have been working on the last one for 2 years and they are unable to say when the repair work will be completed
We approached our service provider, Altech Autopage (Northgate branch) who then referred it to their Head Office. Altech Autopage Head Office then lodged a complaint with MTN on 29 August 2013. Three weeks later and Altech Autopage is still waiting for MTN to respond and we are still "dropping calls"
