Autopage unable to obey basic instructions

I have been a contract customer with autopage for 4 years on mtn network. I decided to terminate my contract, but wanted to retain my number on prepaid MTN. autopage cancelled my contract but did not change my number to prepaid, which the lady on the telephone assured me would be done. I am now with no service. Have been to their branch in melrose arch 3 times, ricad the sim again but still no service. Can you please get my number back on mtn prepaid so that I can resume business. Your attitude is don't care. I have 2 references 267207 and 267212. Pls follow up as I'm not winning with you guys.
