Hi,
I recieved a call on the 07 June 2013 from a cell c affiliated call centre urging me to take the new Samsung galaxy S4 smartphone on contract. After much deliberation i agreed and spoke to a supervisor, I feel however that i have been a victim of datat mining or worse as no contact has been made to me from that date and i was promised delivery 3-5 working days from the call. I am now worried that my details are in the wrong hands.
I have treied feverishly to contact cellc but they arent helpful at all. Surely they should have a client list of all their outsourced call centres.
