They are taking over a month to sort it out

They have not loaded some discount or something on my laptop contract so my installments are very hight I have reported it goin a month now and they still never sort it out I can not be paying extra money and running arround for something they never do it is totally not right they are a big company how can they be making such mistakes and take forever to sort it out
