Made a 2 Gig Modem Contract with Cell C (05/01/11)

On the 05/01/2011 I went to Cell C Ilovo office to open an account with the due to the special they made, an account was about 2 G Modem and of which I was happy with thier contract, up until I reserve a call on the 10/01/2011 from one of Cell C consaltand by the name Ms Mosele call Ref: 4833536. She told me that my account is over limit with an amount of R1105. I told her that is not correct, is impossable has I was checking my downloads then she told me that I'm ideed over limit of 25MB data. I told the lady I made a 2G data contract with them not 25MB. Then I went to their office at Ilovo Sandton where they change or rectify the mistake, but it was a problem for them to correct the billing mistake. I went to their offices every months after receiving the statement quiry the amount but that was never corrected, up until I decided cancel their due to their unfair billing and refusal of correcting the mistake they made. On the 03/06/2011 I again went to Cell C where I was assisted by the Mr Derek Marinus who called Mr Tebogo Mapheto who was at accounts and explained the whole matter to him and request him to zerorise the account, that never happened.
