Ad attitude and no service

I received my phone in feb 2013, blackberry 9790. The phone went back 4 times and every time, they give me they same phone back, but it still gives the same problem. I request them to give me another phone, as Blackberry must carry a guarantee on their phones. The lady at the Branch laught in my face, I have never felt so humiliated in my life. Their attitude was so bad that other clients walked out of the store. I phoned their headoffice and received no help at all.
