STILL WAITING FOR MY PHONE TO BE FIXED

When Bianca called me to tell me that they understand my problem finally!! it came to my attention that my phone was eventually going to be fixed after they acknoledged their mistake but no it seem like the whole thing was just a because the last call i got from Bianca was " okay Ms Hlagala we now understand your complain, my senior manager is looking into it and we`ll contact you as soon as we come up with a decisioin, like seriously i dont think it would have took them such a long time to decide since they said that they understand my problem.

all i want is my phone to be fixed until then i`ll be more active on Hellopeter to let people know how nashua treats their clients yet they say their motto is "To put (us) customers first"
