MTN STEALS PROPERTY

I had upgraded to a Blackberry Bold 9790 it was barely 6 months old on which the unlock button (at the top) on the cover cracked, through NORMAL USE.
I took the phone back to the branch at which it was purchased and the attendant at the store took the phone in, and sent for repairs as it became impossible to use the phone.
A few weeks later i went back to MTN to collect the phone, to find out the claim had been rejected due to "USER NEGLIGENCE".
I later found out was a common fault on this model and SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAIRED by MTN but i was forced me to repair the phone outside of MTN.
R1500 Later i had a brand new RIM Blackberry 9790 Face Plate with digitizer fitted to my blackberry.
A week later the keypad on the phone began to give problems, So i made the mistake of returning to MTN. Once again the attendant sent my phone for repairs. Weeks passed and i was told again the claim was rejected AGAIN. So i went to fetch my phone. ONLY THIS TIME TO FIND THAT MTN SWAPPED OUT MY BRAND NEW 9790 cover for an old DAMAGED COVER!!! The part i paid R1500 for was from me at the repair center. Legal action will follow.
Ive been with MTN for over 10years and this is the service given
