I have taken a contract with nashua mugrave one a 9790 blackberry, it started to give problems, when I tuk it in 2musgrave store, it ws sent to jhb head office, I ws given a refurbished pohone in its place and immeidately the consultant handed over 2me and said its BAD.. This refurbished phone is worse than the phone I had, now I'm getting no joy or help from head office at all, and I'm nw tols I must pay extras if I want to cancell this contract I am paying R400 for a piece of every month, nashua's service stinks, and their staff are not able 2assisit immediately. Now I'm stuck for the next year with this blackberry that won't work properly.
