I have taken out a contract with Nashua Mobile Sandton last year July 2012. Firstly the incorrect number was given and the sim refused to activate for 3 months. Sim swop after sim swop and promises after promises. Nothing happened. I was so fed up i eventually returned the handset back to the store and wanted to terminate the deal. It is now February 2013 and i am payng for something i do not have??
This is absolutely ridiculous and each time i go to Sandton i am promised that it has been sorted out. I want this to be sorted out by the close of business this week as i think i have been way too patient with this terrible service that i have recieved. Someone needs to start doing their work!!
