Virgin mobile number does not work

I have had my cell number for more than 6 years and paid them large amounts of monies as I use my phone constantly for my business. On the 10th May I requested that the Menlyn branch do a sin swop for me as I want to change my micro simm to a normal simm. They cut me off and it took them 7 hours to get another card to me and activate the line again. On the 24th June my line went "dead" for NO reason. I have never paid them late and they collect their monies on a debit order.

It is now a week later and they have replaced the simm card with another one on Thursday last week that worked for 3 hours and since then it is out of order.

between myself, my wife and some of my employees we have now spent more than 20 hours on the phone and 3 hours at their shop but still my number does not work.

If they have a trainer in their employment I will pay for him or her to go on a course that is about CUSTOMER CARE then they can maybe train the rest of the company.

I have even tried to PORT my number to another network. I cannot do that until they activate my number again.

I prepaid all till the of my contract and their REGIONAL MANAGER who nobody except store personnel can talk to, h
