Dont bother with Nashua Mobile

I opted to move away from Nashua Mobile cause the package i wanted o upgrade to would workout more costly. In order for me to change service providers i had to swop over to prepaid. I completed the forms at the Alberton City branch and as per the forms i would move to prepaid on the 31st Oct. On Monday the 28th my phone was cut and on Wednesday the 30th Oct my line was barred to received incoming calls as well. I contacted the customer care centre and spoke to Nicole. She called me on Tuesday afternoon to provide me with feedback. Call droped and didnt bother to call back. I called the call centre on Wed to query why i cant even receive calls now. Another gentlemen help me and unblocked my phone. I left 2 messages for Nicole to call me. It is now Friday and i still havent received a call from her. The gentleman that helped me confirmed that he has given her the message to finalise my query.

Now I know why i am moving away from Nashua Mobile. Your service is pathetic!!
