MY PHONE WAS LAST THURSDAY SO MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO NASHUA MOBILE AND GOT TWO NEW CONTRACTS. IT IS NOW WEDNESDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND OUR SIM CARDS ARE STILL NOT WORKING. WE WENT INTO NASHUA PAVILION AGAIN ON SATURDAY TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WE WERE TOLD IT WAS A PROBLEM AT THE HEADOFFICE AND THAT AN E.MAIL WOULD BE SENT. I HAVE MAILED THEM WITH NO ANSWER AND I CANNOT GET THROUGH BY PHONE.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH NASHUA. ON A PREVIOUS UPGRADE I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT WITH 50 FREE SMS A MONTH ECT. WELL THE SIM DID NOT WORK FOR A WHOLE MONTH EVEN AFTER PHONE CALLS AND E.MAILS. I LOST A WHOLE MONTHS WORTH OF AIRTIME AND SMS AND WHEN I ASKED FOR COMPENSATION I GOT NOTHING, SO EVENTUALLY I GAVE UP. I AM REALLY SHOCKED THAT THIS IS HAPPENING AGAIN!
