Poor And Pathetic Service

Good day

kindly assist with regards to the matter this morning I called in to confirm if my blackberry absolute service is activated has when I check the status dialing *141*2# it notifies me that the service is not activated which I find strange when I have activated this service on the 22/03/2013 and according to my knowledge I do receive 30 days of blackberry absolute service

The agent I spoke to was so unprofessional then advised me that the service is still active and I must removed the battery and sim card and it should be fine the status still states that the status is inactive

A. I need feed back urgently with regards to the matte
