Account got suspended due to payment not done however banking details were changed and not updated on cell c's side .
called up the call center and first agent Sokhulu Sisiso cold transferred me to cancellations and i had to complete DPA again. spoke to nonpumelelo and her supervisor was apparently on another call for 25 minutes . this is no way to treat a customer, i asked for my services to be unblocked and payment can be taken one time from my cheque account however i was advised that i will need to wait 3 days till its unbarred or go to the bank and make a manual payment . this is not on at all . i really will advise my friends and family not to take cell c contracts or even prepaid sims going forward . i recieved same services from Vodacom and yet again im having trouble with cell c . as i am typing this complaint i am now on the line for 45 mins and 20 mins on hold without anyone coming back to me . i am forced to release the line due to my battery dying . most shocking experience i have ever had.
