3 weeks ago a consultant from FNB called my wife to offer her a cell phone contract with CELL C. My wife agreed to it and the consultant advised my wife that it would be delivered to her within 10 days. till today we have not heard from FNB or Cell C. all follow up's were done by us to either FNB or Cell C. Whenever we called FNB they asked us to speak to Cell C, when we do speak to Cell C, they are always off line and would call us back, which they never do. If there is no feedback from either FNb or Cell C, then both FNb and Cell C can go get from our side. We will no longer want to deal with Cell C and we will close our accounts down with FNB. Do not offer us services if you cannot keep to your word. It is costing us money chasing after you people that were meant to be services provides to us.
