I booked in my tablet for repairs of the 4th of June 2013 as it would not turn on. I dealt with a charming gentleman - Leroy, who was very helpful. He even tried to convince me to upgrade my data contract - which i refused saying I was not committing to another contract as i had too many bad service experiences with MTN. The booking was made with the promise from Leroy that the phone will be in to the repair shop within 2 days, and at most i will have my tablet back in 2 weeks. He was convinced it would be a good experience and that he would get me to renew my contract. Just over a week later and i follow up with the progress of the repair only to find out that the tablet was never delivered to the repairs centre. If i dont have it back by firiday, in a working condition i will expect teh branch to replaced the unit.
And i expect an apology from the BM Veronica for shouting over me while i was willfully expressing my discontent with the bad service.
I am sorely dissapointed that the provider i have been with for about 14 years can give suce terrible serivice and get away with it by saying "sorry" those are hollow words.
