NO COMMUNICATION??

I upgraded from a Talk 240 to a 'Smart L' package on the 13th of May 2013.

WHY did the Upgrade call centre not tell me that the "Smart L" package will only be ineffect in JUNE, and that I will have to PAY for my DATA used from 13 - 31 May???
