AIRTIME & DATA GOES MISSING

Hi there;
On the 29.05.2013, I supercharged with R300 (thereby receiving the R300 cash value, 900minutes talk time, 900sms, 900mb of data).
For the duration 29.05.2013 - 10.06.2013; I utilised R100 of my cash value airtime, although I make calls daily, most of my calls are to other Cell C numbers thereby usimng my supercharge talk time. As of 09.06.2013, I still had a balance of R200 cash value and 500mb.
NO calls were made or internet used on the 10.06.2013, however at 12:00pm on the 10.06.2013, I have 0.00 cash value and 0mb.
Please can i have an explanation to this as I have contacted the call centre and was told that R198.00 was used towards the internet at 08:00am, however, I did not go onto any site, I have the screen shot of my "history" for the week and on the 10.06.2013, I did not use any internet!!!
This is rather baffling. Kindly investigae and revert to me.
