Autopage's Head Office Non Responsive attitude

Hi.

I have had my cell phone contract upgraded in Vanderbijlpark Gauteng and got a Blackberry z10. The phone worked fine for 3 weeks, but the battery died and now does not want to charge. As there is a one month return Policy with Autopage, (which runs out in the next few days), I drove the 100km to the Richards Bay Branch (the closest Branch to where I live), only to find that the actual Store is closed, as they are in the process of moving. There was no indication on where the shop is moving to or who to contact in case of an emergency.

I then phoned the Customer Care centre, and spoke to a lady named Sizakhele. (Very friendly and tried her best to help) BUT since my Upgrade was done via a Branch and not directly through Headoffice, I can apparently not be helped by head office Directly. She would have sent an email to some other repairs department, who would have phoned me in return. I'm still waiting for someone to do so.

I refuse to drive another 200km for nothing to a closed shop or even to the next available branch, which is in Ballito, (A further 110 km, which would make it a 420km round trip). My phone is used for business purposes and I am in dire need of assistance
