Complaint / review / scam report

We keep reporting that we receive an average of ten calls per day, but when we answer them the line is dead. The second time the customer phones, they get through. We keep reporting the problem online to no avail. Telkom keep replying that the problem has been attended to, but they never actually fix the problem at all! They try to deny that there is a problem, but all they have to do is post a technician at my shop and witness the problem first hand! I actually think the problem is widespread and they are fully aware of the problem, but ignoring it and denial is the easiest option! STILL NO RESPONSE on this issue since posting complaint on Hello Peter.
