I am being charged R137 per month for listing my company in the yellow pages and R98 per month for the white pages. My company is not listed in either the yellow pages or the white pages since 2012, but they continue to charge my account. Carol Gumbi from Trudon is fully aware of the situation. She visited my shop to ask me why I was no longer listed in the directories. I told her that I should be because I am being charged a monthly fee. I showed her my statement and she promised to sort it out more than two months ago. I have emailed her since, but she does not respond!

We also keep reporting that we receive an average of ten calls per day, but when we answer them the line is dead. The second time the customer phones, they get through. We keep reporting the problem online to no avail. Telkom keep replying that the problem has been attended to, but they never actually fix the problem at all! They try to deny that there is a problem, but all they have to do is post a technician at my shop and witness the problem first hand! I actually think they are fully aware of the problem, but denial is the easiest option!
