In November 2012 I ungraded a blackberry contract that included BIS however the 1st month they charged me for all the services and upon enquiry Carla told me I would get a refund. I have been following up told it takes time and oh has it not been done yet and all that.
My last call to the Vodacom office in Cape Town the lady told me Carla has left the company and they are not reponsible as Carla was suppose to see to it even though I have e mail to her they could not go look on her e mails???
