It's been more than 2 months since I enquired about my accounts due to faults and errors on Vodacom's side COMPLETELY.
No reply. Getting really P I S S E D OFF now.
Posted on Hellopeter in December also, I was not contacted at all by Vodacom as Vodacom said that they would. Also tried to follow my query via the online consultant (Yusrah) on 17 January. Yusrah said someone would contact me to follow up - NOTHING!
Absolutely shocking "correspondence" with Carla Van Oordt of the TygerValley branch who just ignores my email follow ups from time to time - especially when I request for a reference number on SEVERAL occasions.
This is ridiculous!
