My friend Carla had booked a photo shoot for myself and another friend of ours to be done on the 4/8/2013 at 12.30pm leaving the house at 12.00 pm, it takes 15 minutes to get there we not realize that a road in town had been closed and traffic was a nightmare however Carla made a phonecall and explained that we would be late and she had spoken to Kelly that said it would be a problem if we too late because they close at 1. we had only arrived there at 12.45 as we enter the staff of gave us evil glances, they could see we were young girls and felt they could treat us poorly we walked into one of the employees shouting at us like we are her children. Talking to the staff they had explained that they can not do the photoshoot, Carla my friend had told her then how long does it take Shamin had said that it took 1/2 hour to do the photoshoot and 20minutes to do the selection of the pictures so if they close at 1 why book a phootshoot at 12.30.we politely say thank you and leave and get a call to say we must come back they will do the shoot so Carla asked why book a shoot at 12.30 and got another shouting from them.by far the worse service I've received.
