On the 2nd of April I called the call centre to advice them that I would be changing jobs therefor I would like my debit order date changed to the last day of the month I was informed by the gentlemen that assisted me that he cannot change the debit order date as I would have to give a full calendar months notice for it the debit order to be changed to the 30th of every month and that I will be debited on the 20th of April but in May my account will be debited on the 30th as requested. I was off because all other companies were able to change the date with immediate effect. Needless to say I was debited on the 21st of April and each unpaid item cost me R138.00 x3. On the 21st of May once again my account was debited on the wrong date I called the call centre immediately to ask why when I had amended my details on the 2nd of April I then informed the gentleman that helped that I want a letter for my bank & a refund he was going to make a note and "somebody" would come back to me. Today I get an sms stating my account is in arrears with R207.00 because Cell C took the payment of R100.00 & R551.01 but didn't take the R207 this is now my problem!!!! Can "SOMEBODY" sort out!!!!
