Shocking client service

I would hereby like to report the service of Nashua Mobile. After a shocking cell phone account of more than R16000 which Nashua could not provide any prove that I have used the data they credited my account by half and suggested that I pay R359, 07 per month till the account was settled as to prevent legal action. I had no choice as to sign the acknowledgement of debt even knowing that I did not use the data. We agreed to the payment of R359, 07 which I have paid regularly since the acknowledgement of debt. However I am still receiving bills with no indication of the payment and by enquiring I was told that the bill was handed for legal action although I kept my part of the agreement. Phoning their legal department results in hanging on for 40 plus minutes without getting through to someone who could explain what was going on. I am so frustrates and wish I could settle this mess for once and for all. Nashua Mobile must be the worst nightmare for law obedient cell phone users and it seems as if they are untouchable. Please help!
