At the start of june I drew a bank statement and noticed that I had some extra debit orders. Instead of three contracts I have five. After some investigation I found that two contracts were added in july 2012 that I never applied for, as I already have three contracts. After numerous trips to the branch (ref no: 3070202729) and calls to the useless call center (ref no : 1306060000250019) I still have no luck in resolving this problem. I Am also considering getting legal advice with this matter.
