We have paid what we owe vodacom and brought our account in order and then we were advised that we need to fax a reconnection form and purchase new sim cards wheich was done. we were then informed that this process will take place in 5 days, 7days later we call and we are told all three lines should be opened all in the same time and we therefore had to re-do the reconnection process all over again and we now have to wait anaother 5 days, it is unbelievable how unproffessional vodacom collections/reactivations is, i wanted to know where in the terms and conditions that Vodacom claims we have accepted this proceess and this Ashwin just gave a bad attitude and was very rude... we as customers phone these call centres for help and not the emotional abuse we get from call centre agents at vodacom.
we were told that once we pay all outstanding fees we will have our lines opened, it has been over 3 weeks now since we have paid all outstanding fees and we still have no access to the services we paid for.
