In June 2012 we purchased a blackberry torch. Last year October/November the phone gave us problems with its speaker, we took it to the dealership we bought it from, who then sent it away to blackberry for repairs as it was still under warranty. Blackberry then stated that they where not going to fix it because it was either dropped or damaged as there was paint that was chipped/peeled off on the front eventhough that was not true. after huge arguments with blackberry and the dealership we decided to pay the amount as we where without a phone. they then sent us a new blackberry with no paint chipping off and a speaker that was working... we are a few months down the line and the speaker is working 100% but the paint is coming off again... and the phone was NOT dropped. we are very upset as we payed an amount to have it fixed eventhough it was still under warrenty and not dropped or damaged... and now its happening all over again. The phone is looking terrible and we are NOT going to pay R2500.00 to have it fixed again...
