On May 17 I complained on HelloPeter about Cell C overcharging for data.

On May 20 the rep phoned to say they would investigate and follow up. I explained all the details and she seemed to grasp both that it was a clear error on Cell C's part, and that I had all the evidence to prove it. It's been three weeks now and I haven't heard another word.
It's time to sort this out Cell C, you've had long enough.
