I went to menlyn shopping centre to the customer care division to upgrade my phone.
I decided to take the z10 blackberry and was told by the consultant to go upstairs to customer care as I have to upgrade my sim kaart to the micro sim. I was NOT told that if they cancel the old sim card and upgrade it to the new one that I will have no Vodacom function or access for 3 weeks. All that I was told is that within 3 hours I will be able to use my phone and the consultant Sirion told me that he wil add data bundle on my account to use fot the rest of this month. Now today I phone 114 at 12:22 and spoke to a Felicia who told me that my account is not active and will olny be activate on the 01/07/2013. The I was told to phone the branch and when I spoke to a maputu she told me I can not speak to the manager or Sirion and must leave a message and a tel no: When I told her how must I leave a tel no: if my cellphone is not working she was so rude: her words to me was: O then you have a problem don't you. I want my contract cancelled and I want my previous phone reconnected today!!! I also want the R363.00 back that I have paid to connect the phone.
